Between your creative experiences, explore Japan's most captivating cultural treasures and contemporary art destinations. Walk through stunning historic gardens, visit world-renowned museums on art island Naoshima, pay respects at ancient shrines, and wander through preserved historical quarters that transport you back in time. Martha is a seasoned international traveler and has taught and exhibited in locations around the world. The tour is created for those who share Martha’s love of travel, and exploring with a focus on textiles and quilts, Japan’s rich cultural history and the beauty of the ever-changing Japanese landscape.
