Fiber art has been Sally Manke’s passion since long before it was tagged fiber art. Retirement from a career teaching home economics and art at the high school level for 25 years has allowed her time to create. Her prize winning work featured at juried quilt shows throughout the U.S including the American Quilter's Society shows and International Quilt Festival. Sally enjoys crafting all forms of fiber art, but her passion is art quilts. As a life long learner she takes on the challenge of developing and perfecting new fiber techniques. In addition to designing patterns she is a national teacher and lecturer where her humor and knowledge blend for a delightful experience. As an avid world traveler, she is excited to share this textile tour with you.
